My name is Kasia Kozakiewicz and I had no idea I’d come back to drawing…

I studied architecture, worked in offices and cafés, and for a long time, it felt like that part of me was behind me. Then, during the quiet of the pandemic, I picked up digital art — encouraged by my partner — and suddenly I was creating again. It felt like returning home.

Now, I spend my days illustrating the things I can’t put into words. My work is inspired by nature, the outdoors, and the emotions and stories that shape our world. I like to think of it as whimsical storytelling with meaning, whether it’s exploring social or environmental themes, or simply capturing moments of quiet reflection.

I work with art directors, publishers, and mission-driven brands, bringing ideas to life through illustrations that tell stories without words. And I also share my work through prints — little glimpses of these stories that you can bring into your own space.

When I’m not drawing, I’m usually outside — running, hiking, or wandering with my dog Isla — or curled up with a coffee and my cat Zuza nearby.

If my work speaks to you, or you have a project in mind, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s create something meaningful together.
